Fat Absorb'R is made with chitosan, a natural fiber product. It comes from the exoskeleton of shellfish. For decades‚ Chitosan has been used for water treatment and pollution control. It actually absorbs (like a sponge) oils and other water insoluble substances. It does this by “binding” with the oils or lipids, encasing them and gelling for easy removal.
