Always use fresh coffee. Our coffee can be stored opened for up to one month, and unopened for up to one year. Use the right proportion of coffee to water. We recommend two tablespoons of ground coffee for each six ounces of fresh water. Water heated to just off a boil is the perfect temp. Make sure your coffee brewer gets the water hot enough. If your coffee is too strong just add a little hot water to your brewed cup and use a little less next time. Always drink your coffee immediately after brewing to taste the full range of flavors.
